Welcome to the Varshan Farm Website.
Our aim is to produce quality sporthorse youngstock suitable for ponyclub, showjumping, dressage, and general enjoyment. As our foundation stallion is buckskin, we hope to produce some quality sport horse dilutes. At the bottom of Omkara's page are some video links.
Our other stallion is a pinto pony stallion named Balaram. Whilst we cant guarantee colour, he is certainly stamping fabulous markings including straight legs and good temperament on all his foals to date. Check out his progeny page for photos of his delightful foals - many of which are coloured. Balaram has now been sold to an exciting new home near us in Helensville. He has moved there now and you can contact his new owners Sophie and Tracey on 094203384 or sophwilko@hotmail.com. Balaram will start his new career training for games and showjumping. Visit the progeny pages of both stallions to view the various years foal crops. We will update those pages regularily as news and photos of foals comes in. In detailing these mares and their foals will give you a reasonable indication of what you could expect for your own mare.
